Our Traditional British-Style Pork Bangers are made with prime cuts of fresh pork, a touch of honey, and our family’s signature blend of white pepper, nutmeg, and ginger for a mild, balanced flavor. Crafted to our time-honored recipe, they’re gently seasoned to highlight the rich, meaty taste of the pork rather than overpower it.
Each pack contains five hearty sausages in natural pork casings, filled with USA-sourced pork Containing 15% breadcrumbs for a soft, traditional texture, these sausages are fully cooked and ready to heat and enjoy. Perfect for a Full English breakfast, Bangers & Mash, or wrapped in crisp Yorkshire pudding for a classic Toad-in-the-Hole.
They reheat beautifully in the pan, on the grill, or in the oven until plump, juicy, and golden brown.
Ingredients: Pork, Water, Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Ammonium Bicarbonate [Leavening]), Honey, Salt, Sodium Lactate, Dextrose, Spices, Yeast Extract, Sodium Diacetate, Ascorbic Acid, Spice Extractives, Honey Powder.
Allergen: Contains 15% breadcrumbs (Wheat).
This is a fully cooked product that ships frozen in a thermal cooler with dry ice and ice packs. Upon arrival, keep frozen for up to twelve months, or refrigerate and reheat thoroughly before serving.
