Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

When we ship

Orders ship Monday and Tuesday only, to avoid weekend transit. Orders placed Tuesday afternoon through Sunday ship the following Monday. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Orders may be held during severe weather or carrier disruptions.

How we pack

Every box ships in an insulated cooler with dry ice and ice packs. Products arrive frozen or cold to the touch. Place them in the freezer immediately upon delivery. No signature is required, but please be available to receive your order.

Shipping insurance

Optional insurance is available at checkout. Insured orders that arrive delayed or in poor condition will be reshipped at no cost. Without insurance, customers assume responsibility for transit issues.

Storage and shelf life

Frozen: up to 12 months. Thawed: use within 7 days. Fully cooked, ready to heat and serve in minutes.
