How we pack, ship, and deliver your order.
Shipping Overview
We ship orders in accordance with our shipping policy due to the perishable nature of our products. All orders are carefully packed using insulated thermal packaging to maintain product quality throughout transit. We do not ship to PO Box addresses and cannot accept liability for orders placed with a PO Box delivery address.
Free Shipping and Minimum Orders
Free shipping applies to orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a $14.99 flat rate shipping fee. All orders ship with complimentary thermal packing, including an insulated cooler, dry ice, and ice packs.
Shipping Days and Cutoffs
Orders ship Monday and Tuesday only to prevent weekend transit and protect product quality. Orders placed Tuesday afternoon through Friday ship the following Monday. Orders placed Saturday through Monday ship on Tuesday. We do not ship orders that would remain in transit over the weekend. In the event of severe weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions, orders may be held and shipped at the next available safe shipping window.
Packaging and Cold Chain
Orders ship in insulated packaging designed to withstand several days in transit across varying temperatures. We ship year round and adjust packing methods based on transit time and seasonal conditions. Most products will arrive frozen or close to frozen. All products are safe to return to the freezer upon arrival.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
We do NOT ship to:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• PO Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.)
• International destinations
No exceptions. Orders placed with restricted addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
Receiving Your Order
No signature is required for delivery. Because our products are perishable, we strongly recommend being available to receive your delivery. Do not touch any dry ice with bare hands. Upon delivery, confirm products are noticeably cold to the touch and place them immediately in your freezer. Ice packs may be retained and reused if desired.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is offered at checkout for a small percentage of the order value. If an insured order is delayed or arrives in suboptimal condition, we will reship your order at no cost. Without shipping insurance, customers assume responsibility for delays, damage, or quality issues caused during transit. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, high shipping volume, mechanical issues, labor actions, or similar events. Shipping insurance is optional and can be removed at checkout. Insurance charges may be refunded if requested prior to shipment.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Order confirmation emails should be reviewed promptly to confirm shipping details. Customers are responsible for receiving packages on delivery day and immediately freezing or refrigerating products upon arrival.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that products will arrive chilled, noticeably cold to the touch. If products arrive fully thawed or not chilled, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos. If items arrive damaged, incorrect, or with another issue, we will work with the customer to provide a replacement or refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, customers must contact us with their order number. We cannot change or cancel orders once fulfillment has begun. We cannot cancel or modify orders once they have shipped.
